Package Protection

TL;DR: Add Package Protection to cover loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If something goes wrong, we’ll reship or refund fast—no runaround.

*BULLBAR is not responsible for your package after it leaves our warehouse. Only those that purchase the Package Protection can receive a full, free replacement if anything happens to your package after it leaves our warehouse. 

Price: $8 USD (or local equivalent) per order.
Availability: US, UK, EU and most international destinations.
Quick claims: Average resolution in 2–5 business days after we receive details.


What’s covered

  • Lost in transit

    • The carrier hasn’t delivered your package and tracking shows no movement for the timelines below.

  • Stolen after delivery

    • Tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package (porch theft).

  • Damaged on arrival

    • Product arrives broken, bent, severely scratched, or missing major components.

  • Misdelivered 
    • If the carrier/shipping company delivers your package to a different address than the order shipping address.

What’s not covered

  • Wrong or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.

  • Packages returned to sender after delivery attempts or refused delivery.

  • Cosmetic packaging scuffs that don’t affect product performance.

  • Delivery to freight forwarders or reshippers (contact us first for exceptions).

  • Orders without Package Protection added at checkout.

Claim windows & timelines

Tip: Start your claim as soon as you notice an issue—don’t wait for the window to close.


How to file a claim (takes ~2 minutes)

Email support@bullbarfit.com with the subject “Package Protection Claim – Order #12345” and include:

  • Order number and full name

  • Issue type: Lost / Stolen / Damaged

  • Photos (for damage): product, inner packaging, outer box, shipping label close-up

  • Current shipping address (for reshipments)

  • Any helpful details (gate code, alternative drop spot, etc.)

We’ll confirm within 1 business day and typically resolve within 2–5 business days after we have what we need.


Resolutions

  • Replacement / reshipment to the same address (default)

  • Refund to original payment method if the item is out of stock or a reship isn’t possible

  • Store credit on request

Once we issue a replacement or refund, the original coverage is considered used for that order.


Coverage details (fine print, made human)

  • Coverage amount: up to your order subtotal (before taxes/shipping).

  • One use per order: coverage applies once per protected order.

  • Non-refundable: Package Protection can’t be refunded once your order ships.

  • Proof requests: For theft, we may ask for a brief confirmation (porch check/neighbor check). For high-value orders, a police or carrier loss report may be requested.

  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address—address errors aren’t covered.

  • Carrier investigations: If a carrier opens an investigation, we’ll manage it so you don’t have to.

  • International: Some regions require extra time for “lost” determinations due to customs.


FAQs

Do I have to buy Package Protection?
No—it’s optional. It just speeds up replacements/refunds if something goes sideways during shipping.

I forgot to add it. Can I add it after ordering?
Only before your order ships. After it ships, we can’t add coverage retroactively.

What if my package shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it?
Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and any alternate delivery spots. If still missing, email us within 21 days—we’ll take it from there.

My item is damaged—what photos do you need?
(1) The product, (2) inner packaging, (3) outer box, (4) shipping label. Clear photos help us approve the claim quickly.

Does Package Protection cover delays?
Delays alone aren’t covered. If a delay turns into a loss (no movement for the timeframe above), you’re covered.

Will you refund shipping costs?
If we reship, we cover the reship cost. If we refund, we refund the product subtotal (taxes per local law). Original shipping isn’t typically refundable.
