Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day where possible, and no later than the next business day. US delivery is 1–3 business days from dispatch. Allow longer through the holiday period.

We ship via FedEx and UPS. You'll get a tracking link by email the day your order leaves our facility. If it hasn't moved within two business days of the estimate, reply to that email and we'll chase the carrier.

BULLBAR Package Protection

Optional at checkout. Covers loss, theft and damage in transit, handled directly by us with no carrier investigation and no third party in the middle. Start a claim by emailing support@bullbarfit.com.

Cancellations

If you ask to cancel before your order has been processed, we'll cancel it. Once it's processed we can't, and the return policy applies. If you want us to reroute a shipped package back to the warehouse, a minimum $15 per package covers return freight, deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded. If the carrier is unable to reroute, the return cost is the standard label rate.

Undeliverable shipments

Undeliverable orders are returned to us. If we can't reach you to arrange redelivery within 30 days, we refund the order less return freight and any storage costs. If you contact us within 30 days to reschedule, you cover the new shipping cost and the original return freight before we reship.
