Layered Resistance Band Set - MultiFuse™ Technology - Set of 5
I knew I would need the bands to support my weight as I am just starting to get back into pull-ups and dips. I am 225 lbs. and the largest band supports me easily when doing pull-ups. I don't need as much for dips so the smaller bands are good for that. Great quality and super thick.
