Refund policy

Try it out for 100 Days!

We have a 100-day, 100% refund return policy. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be returned in its original box with all its original items (i.e. handle bars, 4 safety pins, insert materials, foam paddings, instructions manual envelope). That's it! To create a return please write an email to support@bullbarfit.com including your order number and photos of the item packaged in its original packaging with its original items.

Refunds

If 100 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered or you don't have the original box to return it in, with all of its original items, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

If your item is defective then please send an email to support@bullbarfit.com with your order number and photos showing the defective part. If your item was lost, stolen or damaged during shipment then you can only receive a refund or exchange if you purchased Redo premium package insurance. To start a lost, damaged in shipping, or stolen claim, please send an email to support@bullbarfit.com

Wrong Shipping Address

You have 30 minutes from the time you place your order to change your shipping address. Please reach out to support@bullbarfit.com ASAP to change it. You may be asses a $50 fee to change a shipping label or a shipping address.

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and the order has already been shipped out, then you are responsible for contacting the delivery company to reroute your order. You can check your tracking code for contact information. If your order has already arrived at the wrong address, then you are responsible for recovering your item. BULLBAR will not send you a replacement item or pay to have your item recovered. 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow up to four weeks for your credit to be posted due to shipping and processing times. If you haven’t received a refund after four weeks, please first check with your bank. There is often a lag time before the refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and there is still no sign of your refund, please contact us at support@bullbarfit.com

Clearance items

Only regular inventory items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged in shipping, then you can only receive an exchange or refund if you purchased the Redo Premium Package Insurance. To initiate an exchange or to file a claim, please email support@bullbarfit.com
