Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2 pm EST (11 am PST) will usually ship out next day (weekdays only) and no more than 2 business days later. In many cases, orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship out the same day. 

We ship our orders via FedEx and UPS Ground. Transit usually takes 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, please allow 5-8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking information the day your order ships from our facility. You can optionally choose shipping insurance with Redo in your cart for optional premium package protection.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation request is received before your order has been processed, we are able to cancel the order. If an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it and our standard Return Policy applies. If you wish for us to reroute the packages back to our warehouse, a minimum base fee of $15 per package will be charged for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Fees will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that UPS or FedEx is unable to reroute all of your packages, the shipping cost to return a package will be the standard cost of the shipping label provided by BULLBAR.

Undeliverable Shipments

Any order that is deemed undeliverable will be returned to the shipper. Refunds for undeliverable shipments will be processed after 30 days if customer fails to respond to calls and emails to set up a delivery time.

Customers that do contact us within 30 days to schedule delivery will be responsible to pay new shipping costs as well as previous return shipping costs before product reships.

After 30 days returned shipments will be refunded less return shipping fees and storage fees if applicable.

Redo Premium Package Protection

Redo is an optional shipping protection provider that you can opt in or out for in the cart page. We support brands by protecting their customers’ online orders from damage, loss, and theft. If something goes wrong, customers (that’s you!) can quickly and conveniently resolve their issue in just a few steps.

International Shipping

We are taking pre-orders for Europe and United Kingdom. Pre-orders are estimated to ship on July 4th, 2025. EU ship from Netherlands and UK orders will ship from England. If you would like to be notified when we add new shipping options, please sign up for the marketing email newsletter.
